It’s time to replace reactions and habits with choices.

Ages 14+
In-person in Highland Village and virtual anywhere in Texas

I provide my clients with a safe emotional space with unconditional support and acceptance, built upon the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. My intention is to help clients step into a place of clarity, authenticity, and awareness, replacing reactions and habits with choices. The work that it takes to get to that place is a sacred one, and one that is difficult to navigate alone. As a therapist, supporting clients in their process of self-discovery and healing is a role that I view as a privilege and serious responsibility.

  • If you have had moderate success in therapy addressing your problems but you feel you need to dig deeper for true resolution

You or your partner feel and hear something different from what is being said by the other

You or your partner have reactions that you can’t control or understand in times of conflict

You or your partner struggle with consistent fear that the relationship will end at any moment

You or your partner engage in avoidance behaviors and feel overwhelmed and intimidated by the idea of conflict

You or your partner feel responsible for the other person’s feelings and emotional state

You or your partner have difficulty expressing boundaries, saying no, or giving a differing opinion to that of your partner

You or your partner experience resentment for unmet and unexpressed needs in the relationship

You or your partner feel unseen and/or unheard by the other partner

You or your partners individual therapeutic work isn’t translating into change in the relationship

You or your partners’ struggle with shame, self-esteem, identity, or trauma is negatively affecting your relationship

  • I am an active participant in the therapy session and my clients describe me as direct but kind.  I create a very collaborative relationship and I utilize my experience and training to help my clients create a life that they want.  I provide my couples and individuals with validation, honesty, and empowerment to make choices about the direction their lives are taking. I’ve been told many times that the best thing about me is I’m “really human” which I take to mean I’m authentic and the truth is I truly love being a therapist. I’m not afraid to tell you what I think, and I’m not afraid to tell you I don’t know.  You can trust me, you can rely on me, and you don’t have to try and manage it all alone.
