My approach to counseling is integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges, build resilience, and move toward healing and personal growth.

I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational concerns. As part of my clinical training, I am committed to cultural sensitivity, ethical integrity, and lifelong learning to best serve the diverse needs of clients.

  • I'm for you if you're navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, or relationship challenges, and you want a therapist who values your unique story. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, pulling from person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a holistic view of wellness. If spirituality is important to you, we can weave that into our work in a way that feels safe and supportive.

  • I view mental health through a holistic lens—emotional, psychological, relational, and, when welcomed by the client, spiritual. I believe in honoring each person’s story while helping them move toward greater resilience, self-understanding, and growth.

  • I am currently a Master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. My professional background includes years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in a state-supported living center in Texas. This role deepened my understanding of human behavior and taught me the importance of compassionate, individualized care—especially for those with complex needs. Throughout my training, I’ve developed an integrative counseling approach grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and trauma-informed care. I am committed to ongoing education, cultural humility, and ethical excellence as I work to support clients in their healing and personal growth.
