Are unhealthy relationship dynamics showing up in your life? I specialize in working with adults and teens who have a history of trauma, particularly within their family of origin, and are now experiencing relationship breakdown. I also work with clients who have eating disorders, military backgrounds, first responders, faith-based backgrounds, religious trauma, personality disorders, and those walking through grief and other life changes. You will find a safe environment to heal, discover, and process.

You are looking for the tools, insights and understanding to navigate life with more freedom.

I believe in understanding and approaching clients as whole beings rather than one isolated aspect of who they are. You are not just your trauma, depression, anxiety, or experiences, but those things certainly give context to who you are and your path to healing.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. I know from experience how challenging it can be to reach out and seek help, but I've also seen that it is well worth it. I want to help you get to the root of what is going on, and my hope is that you come through therapy having gained the tools, insight, and understanding to navigate life with more freedom and hope.
