I believe in the healing and restoration of relationships, our relationships with ourselves and the relationships with those with whom we love. I came into this field with a passion for helping others with wounds from ruptured attachments, those with childhood trauma, and those with struggles in the ability to regulate intense emotion. I believe that each individual can live a life worth living and enjoying. My practice is to gently walk alongside the client in their journey, equipping them with skills to live in a functional role in life. I believe that in the journey of healing our wounds, we are able to grow and thrive as authentic individuals who then become healthy parents, partners, and friends.

  • You're ready to start feeling better. Despite your hard work, you might feel disconnected or unsatisfied with where you are. If you're prepared to make mental wellness a priority, to discover what true emotional balance feels like, and to receive active support on your journey to where you want to be, you're in the right place.

  • If you're in therapy with me I want you to feel seen, validated, and worthy. I come alongside you to put blame and shame where it belongs and help you learn how to build health attachments. I hold space for your wounding- no matter how deep. Whatever you bring to me I can handle and we can face it together.

  • I received my Masters in Counseling at the University of North Texas. I have gained experience in a variety of clinical settings including: running counseling groups in a psychiatric hospital, and as primary therapist and case manager for a residential treatment center for addiction and trauma. I have been in private practice since 2014.
